How long does it take for an order to arrive after shipping?
All orders are processed and shipped from the warehouse in Germany as quickly as possible, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location.
We usually need 1-3 working days to process your order. The typical delivery time is between 5-14 working days.
Depending on your location, you may receive the items sooner. Please allow extra time during our peak season as there may be postal delays beyond our control.
Additional factors such as distance, customs and natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including carriers, is provided with every order. Every order is insured. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order is sent with insured shipping and packaging to prevent packages from being lost.
If your order is held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we are here for you!
The postal service is beyond our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, since the packages are insured, in such cases we will, if possible, send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking. Please review our refund and return policy to see when it applies to shipping situations.
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CUSTOMS FEES OR IMPORT TAXES?
All prices on our website are shown in EUR, with all taxes fully included. However, depending on your location and the laws in your region, duties and taxes may apply once you receive your order. Once your order arrives at its destination, import taxes, duties and related customs fees may apply, as determined by your local customs office.
